Data deletion

Two levels: disconnect an Instagram account (instant, self-serve), or delete everything Loopah holds for a brand or an account (by email, done within 30 days).

1. Disconnect Instagram (instant)

• Sign in to Loopah, open the brand, and on the Instagram card click Disconnect.
• This deletes the access token and the connection record immediately. Loopah can no longer read or publish anything for that account.
• You can also remove Loopah from the Instagram side: Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove Loopah. Our stored token stops working the moment you do; we delete the record on our next daily check, or right away if you email us.

2. Delete a brand or your whole account

Email loopah@good-scratch.comfrom the address you sign in with. Say which brand (or "everything"). We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm again.

Deleted: account profile, brand settings and voice, connected-account records and tokens, ideas, generated content and rendered images, calendar and publish history, post performance metrics, blog source records. Kept only where the law requires it: billing records for the legally required period.

3. If you came here from Meta

Meta lets people ask apps to delete their data after removing the app. Loopah does not hold data about Instagram users other than the professional accounts that were connected by their owners. If you are such an owner, step 1 or step 2 above covers you; if you believe Loopah holds data about you in any other way, email us and we will look and reply.
